1. worked 14 hours today. whew.
2. i'm sick of people ordering cappuccinos and then coming back to ask me why it's so light, or if i'm sure that it's supposed to be that light. it's a frickin' cappuccino. it's supposed to be half foam. if you don't know what you're ordering, then don't order it.
3. wanted to disembowel some stupid fat lady earlier for giving me attitude, and her stupid friend with the high-pitched voice.
4. enough with the bitchy barista mode.
5. listening to collective soul makes me happy.
6. attempted to watch a clockwork orange again, managed to get through the entire movie, and am now kind of in love with it.
7. boys make me sad-ish. why must they be so hard to figure out? ancient greek would probably make more sense to me than they do.

why should we have to make the first move? call me old fashioned, but it isn't exactly attractive when a guy is too chickenshit to do something about someone he likes. no offence. we are not the troublesome ones! :P

You do realize...girls hold the upperhand. I'm not saying I don't like making the 1st move. I'm saying, sometimes...even if you know they like you. They still don't have the courage for fear of rejection...it's the insecurity thing. And if he isn't picking up your signals...give him a touch on the hand or just throw him a compliment. In the age of women empowerment...why is it so bad to go after what you want? If you want something, take it.

Be old fashioned. Then you'll find you blew opportunities because the other person was too shy or wasn't reading you. Been there...lost many a beautiful girl because of it.

Don't listen to me...I'm just an old duffer anyways...lol

my god, i'm so glad there's a barista out there that knows what a proper cappuccino actually is. the whole world has a crazy idea that a cappuccino and a latte is the exact same frikken thing!

this actually happened to me:

guy: (comes up to the hand-off counter) excuse me, i think you made a mistake. my drink is really really light.
me: (while making a bunch of other drinks) oh. what did you order?
guy: a cappuccino. it's only half full, the rest is foam.
me: ....but it's...supposed...to...be..half..foam..it's a...cappuccino.
guy: oh. really? fine. whatever. *walks away*

so exasperating.

I'll tell you why. Idiots that do that are used to gas station cappuccino...they think it's supposed to be super sweet and fake tasting...

That's why that happens. They're not used to properly made coffee drinks.
