life's a beach

i do love going to the beach. i just wish they weren't so far though! i totally regret all the times that i lived a mere 15 minutes away from a beach, when i was still in hk, and never bothered to go a lot. most of the times that i found myself on the beach near me was whenever i fell asleep on the way home and ended up there, because the bus route ends there as well. anyways! when i become all rich and all that jazz, i will definitely get myself a comfy beach house. and stay there every summer. hurrah! a girl can dream. :P



































oh, and i got into UPOU. :D

that has got to be the dumbest excuse ever. i hope your professor tells you what an idiot you are. first of all, you pick a subject you have never talked to or met in person before, and then you insult your subject (which hints at this being more than just for research)...and then claim it was all just for a reaction. of course i'm gonna defend myself, you moron. i have every right to own a journal and post whatever i want on it, including pictures of myself, and did you honestly think that i would stop just because people like you "abominate" it? did you honestly think i would go, "oh wait, random psych major from upenn doesn't like how i'm vain and post pictures of myself on livejournal, i think i'll stop doing it from now on."

you know what affects me? people that i care about, the things that they say and do. yet here you are...affected by pictures of one girl on her own site, out of millions of other sites, because you're studying psychology?

it doesn't matter if you reference carl sagan, it doesn't matter how eloquently you voice out your "reason", it doesn't matter how smart you think you sound, because you're still being pathetic about this whole thing. this is dumb.

just because you're a psych major, it doesn't mean that you can analyze everyone you meet (or, in this case, HAVE NEVER MET) and claim that you know what kind of person they are.

and now i have officially wasted too much time on you. goodbye.
